Outreach Programmes

The social service project: Focus Entally – provides students with opportunities to interact with and show concern for deprived children in primary schools. The staff of this department was instrumental in beginning the Teachers’ Centre – the only one of its kind in Kolkata. They continue to be the guides and programme developers of this Centre, which provides refresher courses for teachers and Principals of English medium schools in Kolkata.

It also runs in-service courses and is involved in helping the Govt. District Primary teachers and teachers of handicapped children.
