Programmes
The Evening
School called "Jeewan Rekha" is conducted
daily from 3p.m.to 5p.m., for the underprivileged
children most of whom are from the neighboring village.
Four teachers have been employed by Loreto School for
this purpose. These children also enjoy the facilities
of the playground, water and toilets.
English
Language classes are also conducted in school premises
from 3p.m. to 5p.m. for about 18 girls of class X from a
Hindi medium govt. run school. A class XII student of
Loreto Convent who is in need of financial help has been
employed to teach English to these girls.
Twenty five
women from the neighboring village attend the cutting
and tailoring classes held every evening in the school
premises from 3p.m. to 5 p.m. Two trained teachers from
the village have been employed for cutting and
tailoring.
Every class is
involved in an Out Reach Programme.
Students of
Class V visit the Blind School, Class VI - Jeewan Rekha
Class VII -an orphanage "Jeewan Jyoti ", Class
VIII to "Asha Niwas " an orphanage, Class IX
to "Shanti Avedhna" a cancer treatment Ashram
, Class X to "Ozanam" home for Aged
people.
